Order Processing

The following are estimated processing and delivery times. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Processing

Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. please allow 1-2 days for processing. Orders received after 2PM will be begin being processed the following business day.

Shipping

We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location in the USA, Canada, and the UK. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.

If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, BeezDesignsInc is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received.

Tracking

If you have a USPS package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local mail facility (ie. Royal Mail in the UK).

In summary; you will have to pay taxes and duties in your own country. This is extra and we have no control over it. By purchasing a from BeezDesignsInc, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility.
